John and I live in the little country town of Springville located in the Endless Mountains of Northeast Pennsylvania. We thank God for bringing us to this beautiful area where we raised our 2 daughters and are now enjoying watching our grandchildren grow here as well.
Thank you for taking the time to stop in and visit with us.
It is our prayer that as you spend time with us you may begin to reflect over memories that you thought were long forgotten. Or maybe, you will begin to build new ones! No matter what, we pray that you will leave here with a smile on your face and the desire to share your joy with others.
May we leave you with this: "For God so loved the world (that means you) that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth (placed your faith and trust) in Him (Jesus) should not perish but have everlasting life (with Him in heaven). ~ John 3:16
You are loved!!! ~ John & Lucy Galgano
I am learning that you are never too old for Personal Development. I am halfway through the reading of The Slight Edge Secret to a Successful Life and it is powerful!!! I highly recommend EVERYONE, young or old, read (or listen) to The Slight Edge Secret to a Successful Life.
I prefer to read my books downloaded to my reader. This way I can bookmark, highlight, take notes, etc. Click on the book cover below for the PDF:
Below you will also find the full audio book on YouTube which can be converted to an MP3 using the free YouTube to MP3 converter. What a beautiful Memorial Day Weekend. On Saturday I decided to take a drive out to Harpursville, New York to visit Peg at theQuilted Crow. Peg's shop is nestled on a tree lined country road. Just pulling in the driveway makes you feel like you are home. When you walk into her shop, the scent from her candle of the month is warm and inviting.
Peg is right there to greet you at the door with a sweet smile and a spirit to match. She has taken special care to the details in her shop and is readily available to answer any questions you may have. Peg is remarkably talented and her skills in pattern designing shine through in print as well as can be seen in the publication, Primitive Quilts and Projects.
Peg has a fantastic shop filled with bolt upon bolt of the loveliest fabrics, hand-dyed wool, books, patterns, threads and notions. If you are ever in the Harpursville, New York area, you must make this a must stop shop. To visit the Quilted Crow blog and online shop, simply click on any of the photos posted.
