Commercial bars have the glycerin stripped away and sold back to you in another form such as body lotions or toothpaste. Their bars are filled with detergents, many being the same ones you find in your bottle of laundry detergent. These ingredients are meant to be "degreasers" and they dry out and sometimes irritate the skin. Their bars have every drop of skin loving glycerin still inside.

Here at The Farmer's Attic, we know you'll appreciate the care Summer Kitchen Soaps takes to make each small batch, filled with skin moisturizing oils like almond oil, avocado oil, jojoba oil, palm oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter, and shea butter, as well as natural essential oils and fine quality fragrance oils that are all Phthalate free.

Many of their soaps are natural, and many are vegan except those made with goat's milk, honey or beeswax. They use only high quality vegetable base oils in their soaps.

Summer Kitchen Soaps never test on animals, only willing family and friends. They try to keep the majority of their packaging green by using natural, biodegradable products and products made from recycled paper. You can even compost their soap box if you remove the label first.
