Remember I was telling you about our ONE blueberry bush! Well, here's the last of this year's harvest - over 6 gallons of big, beautiful blueberries!!!
Most have gone into the freezer for muffins, cakes, ice cream, etc. so, if you have any good blueberry recipes, feel free to pass them on!!!

Wow, six gallons from one bush!? I wish we had access to fresh blueberries too! The kids love them by themselves and they are great to add into baking. I hear they have wonderful health benefits too!

Fantastic haul! Mmmm...blueberry muffins....can taste them now.
I picked several times this summer and froze them for this winter. I am lucky and have Maine wild blueberries out the back door. Hate to see the season end but here in Maine the apples are ready. Enjoy you blog andi
