Baked Garlic Herb Wonton Crisps

These are my must try list!!! It is a recipe I found on Weight Watchers site. Looks so easy and will definitely satisfy your need to crunch. Here's the recipe:


20 Wonton wrappers
Cooking Spray
1 tsp minced garlic
1 TBS fresh thyme, chopped
1 TBS fresh rosemary, chopped


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray and place wonton wrappers in a single layer. Bake for 2 minutes; remove from oven.

Flip wrappers; sprinkle with garlic and herbs. Lightly coat wrappers with cooking spray and bake for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from oven and place wrappers on a wire rack to cool.

Yield: 5 "crisps" per serving. WW Points Plus=3

Notes: You can use any combination of freshly chopped herbs in this recipe such as thyme, parsley and/or basil.
