Discarded Roses

In stock! The Scarlet Quince patterns are amazing!!! Discarded Roses is no exception. If you have never tried your hand at one of these patterns and would like to be challenged with this craft, I encourage you to do so. The results are striking and dramatic. You can purchase through my shop at Farmers Attic and check out all the great finds there or checkout directly below.

Discarded Roses

This is for the PATTERN ONLY.

Counted Cross Stitch, Discarded Roses. A still life of a bouquet of pink, red, and white roses, tossed onto a table.  (Original painting by Pierre Auguste Renoir, circa around 1875)

$14.99 +
shipping*

Included with your counted cross stitch chart is a FREE color floss label sheet. Original sample was stitched over 16 count cross stitch fabric and stitched over 1 but will look fantastic stitched on 32 count linen over 2. Pattern stitch count is 350 w x 218 l and measures on 16 count fabric 21.9" w x 13.6" l. DMC Floss is used throughout the pattern.

The picture is printed on the covers, making it easy to see what the finished product will look like. The cover material is bright white, heavy glossy paper for durability and vibrant color. The charts are printed on heavy weight, easy-to-handle 8.5" x 11" pages, coil bound so that the pages turn smoothly and the booklet lies flat.

This is not your grandmother’s cross stitch, with a few blocky colors and a lot of top-stitching! Scarlet Quince patterns offer the finest in cross stitch -- beautiful, colorful patterns you’ll love to stitch and be proud to display.

The pictures show you exactly how the finished work will look so you’ll never be disappointed with your results. You might mistake our pieces for the original, though — we use blended colors and a lot of detail to closely reproduce the original art.

Cross stitch, pure and simple — no quarter or half stitches, no top-stitching, no metallic threads, no beads, no doodads — just stunning results. We invite you to stitch along with us and discover what cross stitch can be!

Our patterns are easy enough for a first-time cross stitcher and satisfying to the experienced stitcher looking for something worthy of his or her time.

PLEASE NOTE: Patterns are NOT returnable to protect the copyright of the designer.

We love our customers and want only to be fair. We never charge more than what we would want to pay ourselves. If you overpaid for shipping, we will gladly refund $1.00 or more for the overage.

*PayPal payments only at this time.

Natural, Gentle, Fragrant, Luxurious, Silky, Smooth, Unique

Those are words that describe the new products found at The Farmer's Attic from Summer Kitchen Soaps. Summer Kitchen Soaps creates handcrafted, artisan soap the old fashioned way. Their soap is made by the cold process method, retaining all the naturally occurring glycerin in their products. Commercial bars have the glycerin stripped away and sold back to you in another form such as body lotions or toothpaste. Their bars are filled with detergents, many being the same ones you find in your bottle of laundry detergent. These ingredients are meant to be "degreasers" and they dry out and sometimes irritate the skin. Their bars have every drop of skin loving glycerin still inside.

Here at The Farmer's Attic, we know you'll appreciate the care Summer Kitchen Soaps takes to make each small batch, filled with skin moisturizing oils like almond oil, avocado oil, jojoba oil, palm oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter, and shea butter, as well as natural essential oils and fine quality fragrance oils that are all Phthalate free.

Many of their soaps are natural, and many are vegan except those made with goat's milk, honey or beeswax. They use only high quality vegetable base oils in their soaps.

Summer Kitchen Soaps never test on animals, only willing family and friends. They try to keep the majority of their packaging green by using natural, biodegradable products and products made from recycled paper. You can even compost their soap box if you remove the label first.

You'll feel the difference the very first time you use one of Summer Kitchen homemade soaps. The luxurious lather and moisture rich emollients will leave you clean, moisturized and pampered...to say nothing of the intoxicating scents! And you might just find yourself reaching for that lotion bottle less and less.

Free Shipping if you order 3 or more Summer Kitchen soaps now through July 31st*!
