Speechless

Okay, okay - for those of you who know me well know that I'm not usually left speechless. But tonight...

After a long, tiring, stressful week when all I want to do is come home, hit the couch and not think about anything, I came home to two emails that left me speechless.

Email #1 - I've been featured!!! Please stop and visit Joann's blog, Painted Panache. She is a wonderfully, talented artist. I know, I have a few of her beautiful handpainted ornaments!!!

Email #2 - Barb at Barb's Heartstrokes let me know that I've been included in an Etsy treasury that she put together today!!! My Cardinal Quilted Wallhanging is featured in this beautiful treasury that features cardinals, one of my favorite birds. Please click on the quilt photo to see the treasury. Hearts & Love Letter

This is a fabulous set of three Prim Hearts along with a "Love Letter". Each plump prim heart measures 7 1/2" long, made of prim dyed muslin with an antique cutter quilt heart handstitched on top. Centered on each prim heart is a rusty bell. The "letter" measures 2 3/4" x 5 1/4" and is dyed using the same prim technique. Perfect for your Valentine's Day decorations, but I prefer to use them all year long!
