Did you know that depending on your soil conditions, Hydrangea flowers will be either blue or pink? Apparently we have a higher acidic soil, therefore our blooms are blue.
I think I'll try to dry these this year but I need to wait until the blooms are a little older before I cut them in order for them to dry properly. I've seen dryed arrangements in photos and they look stunning!

Yeah...actually I have figured that out - and that they don't like the climate in Nod. I so LOVE hydrangeas and they just don't like it here much!! Enjoy yours! Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin
Oh you are so lucky to be able to grow hydrangea's, I love them and love the blue colour the best. I had heard that years ago about the soil pH determining the flower colour but had forgotten, thanks for reminding me! Enjoy your lovely blooms! Deb
Your hydrangea blooms are very pretty. Our soil here produces the pink blooms, but I'm told if you put nails in the soil around the root system you'll get the blue blooms as well. I thought I might at least give it a try. :-)
