Hearts Aflutter

My first blocks in three different colorways. These worked up fairly quickly. In fact, all three were completed in about two hours. Piecing was easy and perfect for a beginner. I appliqued the hearts by glue basting the seam allowance in place and stitching with clear thread using a blind hem.
