Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream


Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

2 cups heavy cream
2 cups whole milk
3/4 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Pinch salt

Whisk all ingredients together until sugar dissolves. Pour into the bowl of your ice cream maker. Freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Transfer to freezer container. Allow to cure for at least one hour. Serve over warmed Blueberry Cobbler (see yesterday's post) or garnish with favorite toppings!!!
